ICBA Benefits Working For Your Success
Our goal is to help organizations and companies recruit, retain and reward their workers.
We assist and advise businesses and not-for-profits on offering employee group benefits and group retirement solutions while ensuring organizations can deliver their employees the best, most comprehensive coverage possible. We take the time to fully understand our clients’ short- and long-term objectives, so we can successfully develop customized solutions.
In other words, we find the right fit for you rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions.

Our experienced and dedicated team consistently works to get clients the best match and the most sustainable solutions possible.

Introducing ICBA’s new Indigenous logo
In 2022, ICBA launched a competition to create a logo to enhance our brand and reflect the pillars of ICBA, while incorporating elements of Indigenous culture. Nearly 30 designs were submitted, and Carmen Thompson’s Together was selected.
ICBA is honoured to have been given this design to use with our work with Indigenous communities and groups. See our news release HERE.
